Thursday was the last day of the MVC summit and it went out with a bang! We assembled at the convention centre and were treated to keynotes and question/answer sessions with Ray Ozzie and Steve Ballmer.
The Canadians were assembled en-masse and we definitely made our presence known.
This was the first time I'd heard Ray Ozzie speak, and although he'd definitely not the rah-rah guy that Steve is, he has the same thoughtful demeanour that Bill Gates has.
Steve was Steve of course, and he delivered another fantastic keynote...in record time too. He spoke for maybe 15 or 20 minutes and then it was straight to the question and answer period. Barry Garvin, a Toronto based RD, brought up a Canadian jersey to Ballmer...which was then followed up by some guys from the states who offered Steve a cape (?!), and then a Front Page MVP who offered his Simpson's tie. Yeah, it was a fun session.

Great end to a fantastic week...well, the MV P summit part of the week that is. Stay tuned for more updates on the Alt.NET conference that starts TONIGHT!
