I still don't get the chicken thing.

Unfortunately(?) he's probably not receiving a dime for any of it.

Kind of like "The Star Wars Kid" and all the other accidental celebs.

The "chicken thing" is a referrence to what he said at the very end of the video:

Oh, "At least I AIN'T chicken". I thought in the video he said "At least I HAVE chicken", meaning he ... uh ... had chicken (maybe that's why he was away for a bit in the video, a quick KFC run or something). It was weird that the site had a chicken wing at the top corner...too funny.
